R.D. REB BILLINGSLEY A Celebration of Life for R.D. Reb Billingsley, 69 of Biggs, CA, will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2014, starting at 12 noon at the home of Reb and Kathie, 2714 Azevedo Avenue in Biggs. Reb passed away after a long and courageous battle on April 21, 2014 at Enloe Medical Center in Chico. He was born on June 29, 1944 in Baltimore, MD. Reb served in the U.S. Navy and was a Vietnam War Veteran. He was a jack-of-all-trades; working in construction, warehousing and driving. Reb enjoyed being a member of NCHPA; Northern California Horseshoe Pitchers Association. He also enjoyed houseboating on Lake Oroville, fishing and camping. Survivors include his beloved wife of thirty-six years, Katherine "Kathie" Billingsley; two daughters, Janine (Ellis) Elsey of Chico and Erin (Dave) Clausen of Susanville; son, Rebel Shane Billingsley; granddaughters, Shelena McEdward, Lauren Nauman, Bryer Cole and Dryce Elsey all of Chico and grandsons, Colten Elsey of Chico and Spencer Billingsley of Red Bluff.
