DOROTHY MAE RIX-MORAN Dorothy Mae Rix-Moran, 73, passed away August 3, 2014. Dorothy was born in Kansas City, MO to Harry and Bessie Harris on October 16, 1940. Dorothy was adopted by Romney and Isabelle Harris. She graduated from Tuolumne High School and was a member of T.O.P.S. Organization, Bonko enthusiast and a mem-ber of the community since 1960. Dorothy always consid-ered her children, grand children and great-grandchildren her great-est accomplishment. She always took great pride in her family, her home, and herself. Dorothy is survived by her husband William Moran, children Pamela Martinez, Eric Rix, Romney Rix, Marilyn Vazquez, Sandra Rix, and Dorothy Rix-Sisk, 15 grand children, 24 great grandchildren, 11 sisters, 2 brothers and all of their significant others. Dorothy is preceded in death by all of her parents, 4 sisters, 4 brothers, and her grandson Dakota Sisk. A Memorial Service will be held Aug. 11, 2014, 1:00 PM at Palermo Baptist Church, 2290 Kenilworth Ave., Palermo , CA. Internment will be ad Oroville Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Blvd., Oroville, CA Contributions may be sent to Palermo Baptist Church, 2290 Kenilworth Ave., Palermo, CA
