Darlene Watson, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, peacefully and gracefully passed away at her home on the afternoon of July 22, 2012.

Darlene was a woman of dignity and integrity. She was a massage therapist for 34 years and her clients always spoke so highly of her gentle and healing touch. She was also a passionate and avid gardener, artist, traveler and gourmet cook. She created various types of arts in watercolor, collage, sculpture and photography. Her garden was featured twice on the Paradise Garden Club annual garden tour. Amonst her favorite travels were trips to New Zealand, Australia and Ireland.

Darlene was most of all a loving and supportive wife and soulmate of Steven Watson, a devoted mother to her two daughters, Cheri Salas and Nicole Cole, and adoring grandmother to her five wonderful grandchildren, Taylor, and Spencer Cole, and Daniel, Kaylee and Aubrey Salas.

Darlene has touched the lives of so many people through her passions, her compassion for people and animals, her love and caring nature and her willingness to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Her family and friends will always remember the way she enriched their lives. Her spirit lives on.
