Webb, Billy Daniel - Chiefland  
Billy Daniel Webb, 58, of Chiefland died Nov. 17, 2014. Survivors include, son, Joseph Daniel, (Elisabeth) Webb of Trenton; daughter, Christina Ann (Stephen) Westbrook of Gainesville; brother, Richard (Patty) Webb of Kentucky; sister, Jenny Greenburg of Texas and two grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Nov. 22 at the Laurel Hill Cemetery in Archer. Arrangements are under the care of Knauff Funeral Home, Chiefland.

Wester, William Elliott "Billy" - Trenton  
William 'Billy' Elliott Wester, 58, of Trenton, died unexpectedly Nov 7, 2014 at Brandon Regional Hospital in Brandon. He is survived by his wife, Chris (Martha) Wester of Trenton; daughters, Heather Rena Dawson (Zachery Noland Johnson) of Reisterstown, Stacey Jean Wester of Chiefland, Tracey Christine (Shawn Edward) Corbin of Cross City; mother and stepfather 'Dad, Molly Frances and Kenneth Brooks of Old Town; brother, Thomas Leslie (Alicia) Wester of Old Town; sister-in-law and brother–in-law, Donna Jean and Donald Allen Bartram of Ruskin; brother-in-law, Benny Franklin Ramey of Riverview and seven grandchildren with one on the way. Services will be Saturday, Nov 15 at 1 p.m. at Community Church Of Nazarene in Trenton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Billy's name to the Community Church Of Nazarene, 2669 SW State Road 26, Trenton, FL 32693. Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, Chiefland, is in charge of arrangements.

White, Elmer - Cedar Key  
Elmer White, 95, of Cedar Key, died Nov. 16, 2014 at the VA Medical Center in Gainesville. Elmer served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his son, Scott Austin White and a daughter, Kathy White; a grandchild; a great-grandchild and a brother, Halver Elkinss. He was buried at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell Nov. 19 with military honors. Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, Chiefland, was in charge of arrangements.

Worthington, Wilbur "Lloyd" - Williston  
Wilbur "Lloyd" (Jerrels) Worthington, 61, of Williston went to be with the Lord Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014 at Haven Hospice in Chiefland. Lloyd was born July 9, 1953 in Lake City to Willie Lloyd Jerrels Sr. and Esther Stalvey Worthington and raised by Fred Worthington. Lloyd was the salutatorian of his graduating class at Chiefland High School in 1971 and graduated from Nova University in 1985. He was active in many organizations in including Future Farmers of America. He was a caring and dedicated father, husband and loved sports, coaching local youth football and baseball for many years. He spent countless hours mentoring children of all ages. Mr. Worthington worked for 31 years as a John Deere Tractor Salesman in Ocala where he attained numerous achievements, both personally and professionally. Lloyd is survived by his wife, Inez Smith Worthington and their four children, Carey (Wes) Grant of Ocala, Kyle (Jeshel) Worthington of Sanford, J.R. Worthington of Ocala, David (Kristi) Coulter of Chiefland,; nine grandchildren; a sister Sandra (Tim) Hodge of Chiefland; a brother Thomas Worthington of Chiefland; a half-sister Renee (Robert) Mabry of Mississippi, a half-brother Willie ( Lita) Jerrels Jr. of Texas. There will be a viewing on Tuesday, Nov. 4 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Home 1301 N. Young Blvd. Chiefland and a celebration of Life Service on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 10 a.m. at Concord Baptist Church 5551 NW County Road 336 Chiefland and being laid to rest at Antioch Cemetery.
