Buster Miller, 93, of Morriston died Nov. 10, 2012.
He was born Jan. 28, 1919 in Foster, W. Va. to Ira and Roberta Miller.
He moved from West Virginia in 1970 to Morriston. He was of the Church of Christ faith and a member of Williston Church of Christ.
He served in the United States Army during World War II and fought at the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading his Bible and spending time with family and friends. He loved his church.
He is survived by his son, David Miller and his grandchildren, Thomas Miller and Tammy (Berk) Brooks; his step-children, Sherry, Judy and Lonnie and his companion, Norma Crouch.
He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Betty and his second wife, Christine Cornett of Madison, W.Va. and his son, Jerry Miller.
Funeral services were held Nov. 14 at Knauff Funeral Home-Williston with Minister Wayne Saylor officiating. Burial was at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the care of Knauff Funeral Home-Williston.
