Eunice Salsbury, 88, of Old Town died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012 at North Florida Regional Medical Center.
After traveling back and forth between New York and Destin, she settled in Old Town five years ago. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed playing the organ. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant, N.Y.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Leonard H. Salsbury of Old Town; sons, John (Colleen) Salsbury of Rochester, N.Y., Paul Salsbury of Rome, N.Y. and Donald (Cheri) Salsbury of Shingle Springs, Calif.; daughters, Susan Salsbury of Littleton, Colo. and Joyce Oakdale of Los Angeles, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held Dec. 12 at Old Town Cemetery with the Rev. Carl Ranier officiating.
Arrangements were under the care of the Rick Gooding Funeral Home, Cross City.
