Kay Dean Richburg, 66, of Cedar Key died Nov.17, 2012.
She was born July 2, 1946 in Levy County to William and Claris Osteen. She was born and raised in Levy County and was of the Baptist faith and a member of the First Baptist Church of Cedar Key. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles and she was a past State Madame President. She enjoyed cooking and making silk flower arrangements. She worked many years as a cook and cashier.
She is survived by her daughter, Glenda Richburg; sisters, Patty Jean (Gene) Watson, Clarinel (Tommy) Castell, Carolyn Pierce, Cindy (Johnny) Alford; granddaughter, Amanda Richburg and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held Nov. 21 at Cedar Key Cemetery with Pastor Todd Pope officiating.
Arrangements were under the care of Knauff Funeral Home-Chiefland.
