Obituary

Robert Anthony "RAGs" Gardner, 86, died April 23, 2014 at Haven Hospice of the Tri Counties in Chiefland.
He served his country in the U.S. Army, Air Force and U.S. Coast Guard, where he was a three time war veteran and received the Purple Heart Award.
He is survived by friends he loved and thought of as his family, Heidi W. Reynolds, Les Wells and Todd Blunting, all of Williston.
After his cremation, he will be buried with honors at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, Chiefland, is in charge of arrangements.
