Robert L. Gent, 57, a native of Chiefland passed away Dec. 30, 2015 in Washington, Ind.
He leaves to cherish his memories seven children, Adrain Gent, Kim Gent, Kaden Gent, Desmond Gent, Marco Gent, Michelle Gent and Elizabeth Gent; mother, Ida Alberta Gent; father, R.L. (Carolyn) Gent; four sisters, Elizabeth (Reginald) Perkins, Sharon (Ricky Richardson, Katrina Cohens and Wanda McClain and a brother, Kendrick Gent.
The services for Mr. Gent will be held on Saturday, Jan. 16 at 2 p.m. at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 11030 N.W. 30th Ave., Chiefland.Interment will follow in Chiefland Community Cemetery. Viewing will be held one hour prior to services.
Services are under the professional care of Carnegie Funeral Home 217 SE 4th Ave. Chiefland.
