Katherine B. Kitchen CHILLICOTHE: Katherine B. Kitchen, 90, of Chillicothe, went to be with the Lord at 10:00 p.m. Saturday, December 13, 2014 in Heartland of Chillicothe following an extended illness. She was born June 13, 1924, in Chillicothe, to the late James B. and Cecil E. Seymour Dearth. On September 6, 1957, she married Edwin D. Kitchen who died June 26, 1991. Surviving are children, Linda (Jerry) Wellinghoff, of Kingston, Edwin A. (Mary Anne) Kitchen, of Lancaster and Pamela Sue Tysinger, of Lancaster; 8 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; a special niece, Karen Kay Allen; nephews, Jack (Linda) Dearth and Jim (Isolene) Gaus; and a brother-in-law, James D. Kitchen, of Circleville. She was predeceased by a grandson; a great grandson; two brothers and two sisters. Katherine was a member of Real Joy Community Fellowship. A graveside service will be held 11:30 a.m. Friday, December 19, 2014 in Green Summit Cemetery with her grandson, Rev. Tony Lambert officiating. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Real Joy Community Fellowship Church 56 Maple Lane Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
