CIRCLEVILLE: David Leroy Cook, 60, of Circleville, died Thursday, June 27, 2013 unexpectedly.

He was born June 3, 1953, in Chillicothe, to the late James A. and Margaret E. Lewis Cook.

Surviving are a son, Clinton James Cook, of Woodbury, TN; a granddaughter, Aeryn Carroll; a sister, Ruth (Don) Hoskins, of Queen Creek, AZ; a brother, James A. (Betty) Cook, Jr., of Mesa, AZ; nieces, Cheryl Brown, of Londonderry, Heidi Battraw, of Mesa AZ, and Amanda Cook, of Waverly; nephews, Brad Cook, of Gilbert, AZ and Adam Cook, of Columbus; and longtime companion, Joyce Bennett, of Chillicothe. He was predeceased by brothers, Robert Guy and Charles R. Cook.

David served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was an employee at TriMold L.L.C. in Circleville.

Graveside services will be held 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2013 in Floral Hills Memory Gardens with Rev Howard DeLong officiating. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Ross Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the graveside on Friday.
