CHILLICOTHE: Michelle Marie "Missy Long" Claytor, 44, of Chillicothe, died 5:10 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness of 6 years.
She was born March 19, 1968, in Chillicothe, to David and Connie Doles Long.
Surviving are children, Cyle Long, Mia Claytor and Aaron Claytor; mother and stepfather, Connie L. and Richard Freeman, both of Chillicothe; stepmother, Ginger Long, of Bourneville; fathers of her children, Aaron Scott and Tim Warzbach; companion, Rob Morris, of Clarksburg; sisters, Cindy (Tim) Coldiron, of Bainbridge, Jane McCabe, of Bourneville and Nancy (Larry) Johnson, of Wilmington; a brother, Dale (Anita) Graves, of Chillicothe; aunts and uncles, Everett (Sylvia) Long, Jim (Kitty) Long, Linda (Roger) Wagner and Marcella Yockum; a very special niece, Miranda Hileman and her fiance, Josh Cox; other nieces, Karlie Rinehart, Chrissy Stansberry, Bre Johnson, Dawn Throckmorton and Alyssa Freeman; nephews, Brandon Johnson, Austin Johnson, Richard Graves and Nate Freeman; close cousins, Patsy (Jr.) Wise, Joyce (Jim) Eveland, Carolyn (Larry) Like, Mike (Judy) Parker, Vickie (Scott) Doles, Dickie (Tracy) Annon, Donnie (Brenda) Doles, Pat (Gary) Doles, Donna K. Doles, Barbara (Roger) Edler; two very close great nephews, Gage and Tanner Cox; and numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father, David J. Long; grandparents, Clifford and Nellie Doles and Virgil and Esther Long; a brother, Jonathan Freeman; her aunts and uncles, Donald Doles, James Doles, Helen Annon and Bonnie Detty.
Missy was a 1986 graduate of Paint Valley High School. She was an employee of Showa Aluminum in Mt. Sterling, Ohio until her illness.
Missy loved her family and friends, the outdoors, camping on her family's land, riding horses, working with photography and her computer. She was very active until her illness. Missy will be missed a lot.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2012 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Reverend Jack Norman officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may call at Ware's from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
