CHILLICOTHE: Jason M. Hermann, 42, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly Monday April 14, 2014.

Born November 16, 1971, in Chillicothe, Jason is survived by his wife, Tracey M. (Kemper) Hermann; son Harrison; daughter Hanna Charmaine; step-children Tyler Carey and Kayla Carey, all of Chillicothe; his mother and step-father Robin (Bunstine) and David "Pops" Hanna, of Ft. Myers, FL; his sister Natalie Hermann, Ft. Myers, FL; his in-laws Michael and Teressa Kemper, Waverly; sisters-in-law Kristina (Johnathan) Swain, Blacklick, OH; and Ashley Kemper, New Haven, CT; 2 nephews; a niece Bella; and his step-sister Amy Hanna, Canton, OH; two great-aunts Bonnie Mix, Chillicothe; and June Taylor, Columbus; and many cousins. He was predeceased by his beloved maternal grandparents Otto and Charmaine Lott; and his step-father Edward R. Bunstine.

Jason was a graduate of Chillicothe High School, Class of 1991. He was a carpenter and member of the Carpenter Union Local 200, Columbus. He attended St. Peter Catholic Church. In his free time, he enjoyed playing tennis, cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes and spending time with his family and pets.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Saturday, April 19, at the Haller Funeral Home with Rev. William Hahn, Celebrant. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Friday from 5-8pm at Haller Funeral Home.
