Julien Boutin, 74 of Chipley, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 at his home. Julien was born Dec. 6, 1937 in Quebec, Canada to Marie-Reine Bilodeau. He had lived in Chipley since 2000. He worked as an audio technician and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Dothan.
He is survived by his loving wife Brenda Joyce Boutin of Chipley; mother, Marie-Reine Bilodeau of Sanford; daughter, Valerie Robertson (Michael) of Tampa; three step sons, Kenneth Jones (Vera Riley, friend) of Marianna, Richard Jones (Jennifer) of Va., Andrew Jones (Jamie) of Daleville, Ala.; step daughter, Angela Parker (Mark) of Chattanooga, Tenn.; two sisters, Lucie Poynter of Sanford, and Rita Boutin of Quebec, Canada; two grandchildren, Jennifer and Jonathan Robertson both of Tampa; six step grandchildren, and one step great grandchild.
Memorial service was held at 3p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church located 2210 Cottonwood Road in Dothan, Ala., with Pastor Eric Bates officiating, with Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, directing.
