Mrs. Mary Dorothy Kilpatrick, age 82, passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2012. She was born Feb. 24, 1930 in Elba, Ala., to Authur and Carrie Lecompt Matheny. Mrs. Kilpatrick was a resident of Ponce De Leon. She was Assembly of God by faith and was afflicted with the Cedar Springs Assembly of God Church. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was very talented at growing roses.

Mrs. Kilpatrick is preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Kilpatrick is survived by her two sons. David Kilpatrick and wife Frances of Westville and Donnie Joe Kilpatrick of Miami; one daughter, Mary Jo Raley of Ponce De Leon; one sister, Nell Hill of Arcadia, and two grandchildren, Jona Kilpatrick and Camilla Kilpatrick.
A time of visitation will was held from 2 to 3 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roger Dale Hagan officiating. Pallbearers will be Edward Warshefskie, Charles Brazile, Alvin Redmon, Donald Morris, Michael Presley and K.W. Spivey. Floral arrangements are being accepted.
