Marjorie Barrett Dahl, 87, of Beverly Hills, Fla., died Sunday, June 23, 2013, of natural causes. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and came to Beverly Hills in 1987 from East Cleveland and Euclid, Ohio. Mrs. Dahl was retired after 20 plus years of service as a technician with Bailey Meter Company of Wickliffe, Ohio. Prior to marriage, she was a professional singer and soloist. Mrs. Dahl was Methodist.
A service of remembrance will be at 11 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2013, at the Beverly Hills Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. Mrs. Dahl was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Axel Dahl; her brother, Edward Barrett Sr.; her sister, Janet Huber; and brother-in-law, Duane Huber. She is survived by her dear sister-in-law, Marjorie Barrett; and she has been a treasured and loving aunt to nieces and nephews Edward (Pam) Barrett Jr., Keith (Joy) Barrett, Linda (Jerry) Christopher, Lee (Cindy) Barrett and Jennifer Barrett; as well as many great nieces and nephews; and ten great-great nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by all.
