I am a cousin of Nigels and spent many Xmas' in Victor Road, Colwyn Bay, with his Mum and Dad. I was so sorry to hear of his passing and in such tragic circumstances. I have informed the rest of our family, as we have had no contact with Nigel for many years, regretfully. Our family name was Butler, but Nigels grandfather and my grandfather were brothers George and Ted Breeze. Deepest Sympathies Frances Jones

Words mean very little at times like this but all I would like to add is to say how sorry I was to learn of Nigel's passing this evening.
Nigel will always be remembered by me as being such a nice pleasant gent and was a born people person ideally suited to the hospitality industry, he was always so nice to me when I saw him and I have always remembered that.
Nigel and his family in my mind followed their dream by moving over to America and I remember thinking at the time Bloody good luck to them to have the guts to go!
Love and symphathy to the family, Nigel Roberts Llandudno, Newsagent.

Great memories of Nigel's successful ownership of The Gogarth Abbey Hotel here in Llandudno North Wales always backed up by his positive and happy manner. Also our visit to Inverness when Nigel and Jill had hardly settled in. We received a very warm welcome. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. Most sincere condolences and love to Jill and family at this sad time. xx

The kindest, friendliest most non- judgemental man I've ever known. I'm proud to have called him my friend. Sure will miss the laughs. We love you buddy. Cheers!

Jill and Caroline and family, I was absolutely shocked to hear about Nigel. He was a very well-liked gentleman who had a great sense of humor. He really seemed to enjoy life. He will be missed.

Nigel was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed. He was always quick with a smile and a joke. Such a tragedy to have to endure, thoughts and prayers for his family on the sudden loss.
