She has worked in many different areas and locations for Eckerd Foundation, most recently as a consultant. Pauline was interested in outdoor activity; she loved swimming, kayaking, hiking, fishing, rollerblading, and she loved people. These culminated in her employment as a "chief" counselor at Eckerds E-Nini-Hassee here in Citrus County. She kept a large vegetable garden; also many flowers adorned her home, drawing humming birds, birds of all varieties and butterflies.
The memorial service will be conducted by Rev. Ryan Jeffes, pastor, Redeemer, and the Rev. Jim Murphy, (her brother), rector, Christ Anglican Church, Cashiers, N.C. Memorial contributions may be directed to either of the above or Hospice.
