Mr. Curtis Eli Dyess Jr. passed away Sunday, Sept. 3rd 2017 as a result of an accident. He was 46. He was a native of Marion County and was an industrial Millwright/Boiler Maker. He was a member of the Citronelle Baptist Church and his hobbies were singing, fishing, boating, camping, riding his motorcycle and he especially enjoyed cooking for his family and friends.
Survivors are his father Curtis Eli Dyess Sr., mother Beth Dyess, his three sons Bobby Carl Antrobus, Curtis Eli Dyess III and Lee Garrett Dyess, his daughter Shantell Lucile Dyess, his three brothers Michael Eugene Dyess, Ricahrd Thomas Dyess and Shawn Patrick Dyess. He is preceded by granddaughter Jayden Marie Dyess. He has five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. thursday September 7th 2017 at the Knauff Funeral Home Chapel-Williston with Pastor Jerry Philman officiating. Burial will follow at Cherry Sink Cemetery near Romero under the direction of Knauff Funeral Home Chapel-Williston. Family will receive friends 1 Hr. Prior to service.
