RALPH JAMES HALEY, 73, passed away Wednesday morning, April 20, at his home in Crystal River, Florida. Ralph was a devoted husband to his adoring wife, Sandra (Schaefer) Haley and leaves behind many others who loved him dearly. He is also survived by his daughter, Laura (Haley) Nettesheim, son Jeffrey Haley, their spouses, Mitchell Nettesheim and Rachel (Paras) Haley, and grandchildren Emily, Alesia, Jessica, Jake, and Sara. He is also survived by his brother, Joe Haley, and brother-in-law, John Schaefer, sister-in-law Geraldine (Hakala) Schaefer, and nieces Kimberly (Schaefer) Damrow and Kristine (Schaefer) Jacobson.
Ralph adored his children and grandchildren and took every opportunity to boast of their awesome abilities, accomplishments and skills. He will likely be most remembered by his welcoming smile and infectious laugh and could easily make all around him burst into laughter. He was a lifelong, ardent fan of the Green Bay Packers, even owning Packers' stock. He loved being on the water, whether fishing, boating, or just relaxing, enjoying its peaceful beauty.
Ralph had a successful career as a senior account executive handling large commercial accounts for Wausau Insurance Company and Wisconsin Insurance Management. He had a passion and gift for finance and the stock
market. He not only developed a successful portfolio of his own, but loved to help others do the same.
