Walter Quincy Trotter was born October 19, 1934 in Homosassa, Florida to Edmund Barney Trotter and Myrtenia Trotter (Spires). He passed away on February 19, 2016. Walter served in the USMC during the Korean War event.
He returned home and worked as a commercial fisherman until passing. He enjoyed spending time with his family, being on the water and serving God.
He leaves behind his wife of 27 years, Deborah Trotter; children, Mertina M. Trotter Colson, Edmund Q. Trotter, Cynthia A. Trotter Bishop, Cynthia A. Digman, Tara A. Ellis, Lisette A. Charlton; 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a host of sorrowing family and friends.
Services will take place Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 6:00 pm at Freedom for Life Family Church, 6430 S. Lewdingar Dr., Homosassa, Florida. Arrangements are entrusted to New Serenity Memorial Funeral Home&Cremation Svcs., Inc. 352/563-1394
