Frank Allen Duncan, 83, Inverness, died Feb. 10, 2011, in Hospice of Citrus County. Frank was born in St. Petersburg, FL, to the late Frank E. and Adeline Duncan and moved to Citrus County from Tampa-St Petersburg, where he worked for GTE Telephone for 33 years. He served our country in the U.S. Navy. After moving to Inverness, he owned and operated several restaurants, including Fran's Diner in Floral City and the B & W Rexall Restaurant in Inverness. Frank was a 32nd degree Mason and member of Citrus Lodge No. 118, Ocala Scottish Rite Bodies, and Egypt Shrine Temple.

He is survived by his son, Kenneth "Al" Duncan and wife, Linda of Inverness; his daughter, Sandra Faye of St. Petersburg; 4 stepchildren, Lynn, Lyle, Shaun Renee and Cindy Lynn; his sister, Jeanne Hatch of Brooksville; several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Fran Duncan, in 1989.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, Feb. 16th, at 2 p.m. from the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home of Inverness. Burial will follow in Fero Memorial Gardens of Beverly Hills. Friends may call at the funeral home 1 p.m. Wednesday until the hour of service.
