Therese Marie Riberdy Whittle, widow of Bernard Edward Whittle, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, after a long battle with lung cancer. She was a longtime resident of Melody Park, Hoffmann Lane in Inverness.
She is survived by five children, Larry and Elsie Whittle of Albuquerque, N.M., JoAnn Whittle of Hillsborough, N.C., Robert Whittle and Patti Codd of Austin, Texas, Gary Whittle of Floral City, and Debra and Chris Barnes of Southwick, Mass.; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at the club house at Melody Park on Hoffmann Lane in Inverness.
