Frederick C. Danner, 85, Crystal River, died April 16, 2013, at Cedar Creek Assisted Living Facility. Frederick was born Aug. 24, 1927, to the late Frederick and Eleanor (Fuesner) Danner. He was a tool and die maker for Wheaton Industries, a company that produced many types of containers. Fred served our country in the United States Army. He owned, trained, bred and raced harness horses. He also trained chimpanzees for television, with his wife. Fred enjoyed building boats and driving stock cars. He was an avid reader, golfer and fisherman. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Crystal River.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 11 years, Janet Danner; his son, Carl Danner, Philadelphia, Pa.; daughter, Victoria (George) Stuffer, New Jersey; his brother, Warren (Gloria) Danner; and sister Eleanor, both of New Jersey. He was preceded in death by brothers, Allen and Ted and a sister, Barbara.
