I wish I would have gotten to know my Uncle better over the years,The little I do know is he was an exceptional man, much like his sister (June) was an exceptional woman, These men and women were truly the greatest generation.
You will be missed,

Lacy's son, Pastor Joel Greer was my Pastor for many years, and he spoke of his dad and his testimony many times during his messages. Pastor Greer spoke of times when he would help his dad work on cars and Pastor Greer would hold the flashlight and when his hand would get tired his dad would always say "Keep the light on the subject" So thankful for men of God like Lacy Greer and his son Pastor Joel Greer who "Keep the Light on the Subject" even when they grow tired and let the Lord shine in their lives.

I remember Denton & I were painting a bedroom, you and Elva stopped by. You both went home, came back with your work clothes on and pitched in. We will certainly miss you! See you in Heaven!
