Joe was a one of the truly great men whom I have known. He really was a gentleman who absolutely loved his family. It saddens me greatly that he won't grow older with all of his who were proud to know him. He does live in the family, friends and the community that he made happier and better.God bless you Joe, Melissa and your family.

Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. - I Peter 5:6-7

Joe has now seen the day of no more pain, no more tears, and no more fears. Rest in peace under the wings of the Almighty as we will see you again some day.

Joe Jr. and all your family,
What a loss for you, your family, and the community. Your Dad was much too young to die and such a big presence. Along with so many others, I admired him a great deal. Mostly, I'm sad that you have lost your Dad. It's a hole in your heart that will never be filled; over time the pain lessens and you manage to find a new life without him. He taught you well, so live your best life.

Please be kind to yourself. And try to find patience for those around you as well. This is truly one of the hardest things you'll ever know and you'll need all the love and support you can find.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.
