Mr. Riesenberg was my music/choir teacher starting in 3rd grade at Reading Hilltop, then to jr. high at Central, and on to high school. My children and grandchild are amazed by the songs I still sing to them from his class, from 'the grass is always greener in the other fellow's yard' to 'ole dan tucker is a mighty man'...I loved his class the most! He certainly left a positive and lasting imprint on many young lives and is remembered fondly.

I have many fond memories of Earl. His niece, Janet, was my best friend while growing up and I attended many family functions that included Earl and Claire. He was so, so funny and certainly added his own flare to things. Last year I had the pleasure of spending several hours with him at an anniversary party. He had not changed one bit! He was a very special man that indeed will be missed.

He was the best!! He taught us such a variety of music and because of him I love and enjoy all types of music. He was so much fun and had this amazing dry sense of humor! Great memories!!! Judy Corder Weber

It is because of his love of music and the arts and his belief in my musical abilities that I share his love and have passed it along to my children. He was much loved and respected at Reading High School and will be remembered in the hearts and thoughts of all. Sharon Tuttle, Class of 1966, Reading High School
