Mark William, born in Farmersville, Ohio April 5, 1930, died October 10, 2013 at age 83. Son of Clarence and Alba Izor Lukingbeal. He is survived by 2 sons, 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and a brother and sister: Father of Steve Lukingbeal (Jennifer Elskes, wife) of Houston, Texas and Scott Lukingbeal (Denise Lukingbeal, wife) of Hudson, Ohio. Brother of Jane Lindamood of Oberlin, Ohio and Robert Lukingbeal (Caroline Lukingbeal, wife) of Knoxville, Tennessee. Grandfather of Lainie Fertick (Chad Fertick, husband), Ashley Lukingbeal, Eric Lukingbeal, Katherine Lukingbeal, Patrick Lukingbeal (Jason Dedrick, husband). Great-grandfather of Maya and Charlie Fertick. Mr. Lukingbeal is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife of 54 years, Marijane Lukingbeal, and grand-daughter, Kelsey Lukingbeal. He graduated from Farmersville High School, attended Columbia University in NYC and graduated from Miami University. He served in the USAF as a Lieutenant and navigator during the Korean War era and worked for the Kroger Company for over 30 years as a manager of its distribution and manufacturing facilities in Springdale and Cincinnati, Ohio. Volunteered as a Knothole baseball coach in Bridgetown, Ohio where he resided for 53 years. Lifelong fan of the Cincinnati Reds, and a serious vegetable gardener and candy maker. Visitation 11 AM till 1PM with funeral services beginning at 1PM, Tuesday, October 15th, all at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home & Crematory, Milford. Interment will follow at Goshen Cemetery.
