Carol, Dan, Rick, Barbie and the rest of the Hughes family,
As lifelong friends, we were completely saddened by Nancy's passing at such a young age. We will always remember Nancy's zaniness that always brought smiles, as well as her parties and the great times at Lake Cumberland and Liberty Township.
Although we cannot be with you at this sad time, you all will remain in our thoughts and meditations in the days to come.

I met Nancy when I first opened my practice in 1987. She helped me with my very first advertising and then she became our patient. Nancy was a phenomenal human being...as positive as a person could be. Genuinely happy and genuinely genuine. We loved how she always had a smile on her face. We loved Nancy. We will miss Nancy. Nancy will be remembered. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.

To Nancy's family, I send my heartfelt sympathy in your great loss. I was a classmate with her at Lakota and thought she was a most beautiful lady, inside and out. What a joy to have known her! May God bless you all with HIS peace and comfort in the days ahead.

I knew Nancy and her brother Dan about 30 years ago when they lived in Cincinnati. Both brother and sister lived the joy of life back then and although I have not stayed in touch over the years, I know the joy is still with them today and forever.

Sue and I met Nancy in 2006 and we were immediately captured by her fully vibrant personality. She was always so full of life. It seemed that she perpetually enjoyed everyone and everything around her. If we had more people like Nancy in the world we'd all be living in happiness. We will always remember you, Nancy.

I knew Nancy one week per year, on RAGBRAI. Everyone on our charter knew Nancy, because she was so very funny and friendly. It seemed to us that she was born to ride Iowa, because she loved healthy activities and people. We are deeply sorry to learn of her passing, and her family and friends are in our thoughts and prayers.
