Ashpaugh, brother-in-law of Ray and Gloria Marksberry Koenig, uncle of Sherri Pasternostra, Derek and the late Brad Koenig, 3 great nieces and 1 great nephew, dear friend of Connie Oliver. Suddenly, October 14, 2011, age 81, resident of Milford, retired from Cincinnati Bell. Services 11:30AM Wednesday, October 19, 2011, Evans Funeral Home, Milford with visitation from 10:00AM until the time of service. Oakley Masonic Lodge #668 F.&A.M. Services 11:15AM.
