Sarah SHEEHY Obituary

SHEEHY Sarah Louise Sheehy, born in Springfield Missouri, June 8, 1916, passed August 11, 2008 at the Lodge Nursery in Loveland Ohio. Louise as she was known to family was the 4th child of a family of 8 children. After graduating high school Louise earned a cosmetology degree in French Lick Indiana and moved to Louisville Kentucky where she married her first husband Allen Manger and opened a very successful beauty business. After ten short years of marriage Al Manger died from Lou Gehrig disease. Louise, known as Sara in the last fifteen years was again preceded in death by her beloved second husband of fifty-three years Edmund Grey Sheehy and six of her siblings, sisters: Lydia Puckett, Mayadalen Hale, Reynolds Davis and two brothers John Isham McMickle and Guy Charles McMickle. She is survived by two sisters Elizabeth Jeffery of Boise Idaho and Marjorie McMickle of Spring Hill Florida and sister-in-law Joetta McMickle in Cincinnati, Ohio. Eight nieces and nephews Wilber Lee Puckett, Fred Davis, Anna Marie McGeaghe, Melva Jandron, Guy McMickle, Brenda Pettengill, Alan Jeffery, Sue Thompson and many great and great, great nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 11 AM with visitation 10 AM at St. Philomena Church Owensville, OH. Interment St. Philomena Cemetery. Moore Family Funeral Homes serving the family.
