Bernice P. (nee Papacek). Beloved wife of the late Leroy E. Solomon. Devoted mother of Linda (Dan) Wenstrup, Carol (the late Ed) Strawser, Terri (Hyman) Wolfson, Beth (Kurt Young) Solomon and Lisa (Steve) Ruehrwein. Loving grandmother of Jessica, Renee, Eric, Grant, Matt, Jordan, Kate, Alex, Anne, Ron and Catie and great-grandmother of 7. Died Tues. June 26, 2012. Age 90. Visitation Friday June 29, from 9:00AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00AM both at St. Gertrude Catholic Church, 6551 Miami Ave., Madeira, OH 45243. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, 1140 W. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60607 or the charity of your choice.
