I have known Larry my entire adult life. He was the best friend I ever had. I have many memories of our times together at gun shows and old car outings-times spent with his family and mine. He was always there to lend a hand or words of encouragement. He was like a brother to me and he will be sorely missed.

I knew him when I was just a boy but I recall a kind and always happy man. He always pulled a quarter from my ear and gave it to me. I remember the Model T's he built and him wearing that Beehive gear when he would go and collect the honey. Glad I got a chance to know him.

What a wonderful man! He was the most loving and caring man I have ever met. I grew up across the street from him and he was a huge influence on me. I will never forget the family trips of camping in Smokey Mountains or him tinkering with something from making muzzleloaders to rebuilding VW's.
