Philip CASPER Obituary
CASPER
Philip W., beloved husband of the late Dorothy B. (nee Myers), cherished father of Amy B. Casper and Bradley A. (Kay) Casper, devoted grandfather of Colton, Carly, and Brody Casper, loving brother of Margaret "Peg" Kuhn of Laurens, NY and sister-in-law of Marylou Ramsdell of Cincinnati. Passed away on Saturday, August 15th, 2015 at the age of 101. In the end he said that "his body was giving up way before his mind and spirit". Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 21st at 11AM at the Old Armstrong Chapel, at the corner of Drake and Indian Hill roads. Interment will follow at Armstrong Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Special condolences may be shared with the family through our website, ThomasJustinMemorial.com.

Mr. Casper always greeted you with a big smile and a hearty "How are you?" And I loved hearing him cheer us in sports from the sidelines--Especially when Brad pitched and he encouraged him to "Gobble 'em up!" What great memories. We'll miss you!

Mr. Casper was our little league baseball coach and told us when we were at the plate, "come on down and see me" as he stood at first base. He was a wonderful, loving man and a dear friend of our family. Our love and prayers to Brad, Amy, Kay and the grandchildren.
