I had the pleasure of being his neighbor for the past 16 years. I'll miss his humor.
He entertained my children and me by playing his piano and marimba on many occasions.

I enjoyed the many stories that John shared while I parked my boat at his storage facility over the past few years. Come to find out that he knew my wife's grandfather - Gordon Corken (Corken Steel Products of Northern KY). Both of these men were true gentlemen and interesting business men in the Cincinnati area. I will miss them both! My prayers go out to the Chace family.

We will miss John as we do Jim. They were the best of the old school, two gentlemen in every sense.
