Eula Grindstaff Ingle
Mars Hill - Eula G. Ingle, 82, went home to be with the Lord, December 4, 2012. She was a lifelong resident of Madison County and the daughter of the late William Jackson and Cilla English Grindstaff. Mrs. Ingle was retired from Mars Hill College and enjoyed her cats, flowers, feeding and watching birds. Prayer was precious to Mrs. Ingle's heart and faith was her source of strength.
She is survived by daughters Monica Arrington and husband Frank of M.H., Myra Jamerson and husband Warren of Rydal, GA, sisters, Clella Delaney, Irene Blankenship and husband Boyd all of Asheville, brother, Bill "Vaughn" Grindstaff and wife Melba of Weaverville, grandchildren, Jessica Chandler and husband Jerry, Leighann Rachel Arrington and boyfriend Jonathan Shelton all of M.H. and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, December 8 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Rev. Kenneth Parker will officiate. Burial will follow in the Upper Laurel Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
The family would like to express a special thanks to all who prayed for Mrs. Ingle in her years of declining health and all the staff at Elderberry Health Care for their dedicated loving care throughout her extended stay.
