In Mom's last few days with us, she couldn't speak… but she spoke to us in many different ways… when she smiled, she said "I love you." When she held your hand, she said, "I know you are here." The courage she expressed spoke of her precious faith in God. And how she continued to look away to Heaven, she seemed to say, "I'm ready." The last spoken words we can remember her speaking were of a song, "when the call comes, don't worry 'bout me…" Thank you, God, for our precious mother and the example she lived for those who knew her! Be ready!
