Garner, NC - Rita O. (Pete) Laudenslager, 65, died on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012.
She was born in Buncombe County, the daughter of the late Charles Robert Ownbey and Hilda Morgan Ownbey.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8:00 p.m. at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the Patton Ave. chapel of Groce Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Acton United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Surviving are her husband, Jim Laudenslager; brother, C.A. Ownbey and wife, Sally of Fairview, NC. She was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Ownbey Ebernickel and her brother, Larry Charles Ownbey.
