CARY - Anita Jones Naudus, 60, of 231 Harbor Creek Drive, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at the Hospice House surrounded by her loving and caring family. Anita was born in Buncombe County on May 8, 1952 to the late Mack James Jones and Donnie Esther Yoder Jones. For many years Anita was a dental administrator specializing in sedation dentistry. As long as her health permitted she was a faithful member of Landmark Free Will Baptist Church.
Funeral Service 6 p.m., Monday, November 19, 2012 at Landmark Free Will Baptist Church, 9011 Chapel Hill Road, Cary, NC 27513.
The family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service from 5 to 6 p.m. at the church.
Graveside Service 2 p.m., Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, 125 Ben Lippen Road, Asheville, NC 28806.
Surviving are her husband, Joseph Edward Naudus, Sr.; son, John Michael Green, Jr. (Tracy) of Raleigh; daughter, Carol Green Rudd of Cary; grandchildren, Heather and Tiffany Green; step-children, Joseph Edward Naudus, Jr. (Ruth) of Fayetteville, Jonathan Naudus (Tami) of Bristol, Conn., Deanna Gufford (Ben) of Wilson, Michelle Nait-Ammou of Holly Springs, Michael Evans of Holly Springs; brothers, Larry Jones of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Gene Smith of Atascosa, Texas.
In addition to her parents, Anita was preceded in death by a brother, George Bergin Jones.
