Asheville - Trinkett Lorraine Bocook, 52, a life long native of Asheville, passed on to her next great journey in Heaven on February 7, 2013, to be with her beloved father, James Fulton Bocook, who predeceased her in September of 2011.
Trinkett Lorraine, as we called her, was a wonderful artist. She attended UNCA to study art.
Her favorite activity however was being with her family on picnics, beach trips, fishing trips and camping trips. Where there was water and family Trinkett was happiest.
She is survived by her mother, Jaimee Bonham Thompson, who cared for her with unconditional and unwavering love throughout her life. She is also survived by her sister, Deborah Bocook Hall and husband Allan and their children, McLean and Conner Hall, and by her brother, Scott Bonham Bocook and his wife Ginger and their children, Breanna, Josh, and Kayla.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave., with the Rev. Donald N. Welborn officiating. Graveside will follow at Green Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made payable to The National Society of Multiple Sclerosis, PO Box 4527, New York, NY 10163.
