Barbara remains one of my dearest loving friends of many many years... I will cherish her memories, she made me laugh even on those hectic nights at work, she stayed positive in most all situations, sometimes rolling those eyes!!! No matter what was going on in her life she always took time to ask you how things were with you... she always had a good listening ear, and pose a question or two that made you come up with your own solution... I love that woman! One word to describe Barbara and there are many.... is GENUINE!!!!! Rest In Peace my Lady, You have earned your place in Heaven!!!! Till we meet again!

Barbara will be missed by so many of us, her nursing colleagues and friends, at Copestone. Barbara was the "real deal" and we will miss her kindness, her smile, her spunk, and her "sass." Long past the time when many would be sitting in a front porch rocker, Barb kept working, giving her very all to her patients and coworkers. When you pulled into the St. Joe's parking garage, and saw her car, with the N-LO vanity plate on the rear, and the "Hug a Nurse" plate on the front, you were reminded the world was a better place for her being in it, as she blessed us all with her time and talent. I offer my deepest sympathy to her family in their time of loss, and will continue to remember them and Barbara in my daily prayers.....Requiescat in Pace, Dear Friend.....Diana Covert, RN

My dear friend, you were a very special person to so many people. You've touched our lives in so many different ways. For me, you would lighten a room with your presence, and lift our spirits with you laugh. You cared about people, which made you an excellent nurse. My heart is so saddened, but as I told others, you probably would say, "See you in a while" and laugh. I will be waiting to see you again, good friend. Until then, you will remain in my heart and in my thoughts. I love you, N-Lo. See you in a while!
