Cynthia Louise Andrews, 55, of Bonham Road, Hunlock Creek, passed away Saturday morning, Feb. 16, 2013, at home.
Cindy was born in Nanticoke on Feb. 25, 1957, the daughter of Virginia Wildoner Hartman of Hunlock Creek and the late Edward L. Hartman.
She was a graduate of Northwest Area High School. Cindy was employed as a clerk by the United States Postal Service at Hunlock Creek for the past 21 years.
Surviving are her husband, Barry, daughter, Kim, at home; brothers, Edward G. and his wife, Gloria, Shickshinny; Robert and John both of Hunlock Creek; sisters, Diana Dohl and her husband, Richard, Shickshinny; Emilie Joan Jones Harvey and her husband, Roy, Sweet Valley; Virginia Moore and her husband, Mark, Muhlenburg; and Shirley Carver and her husband, Neil, Jacksonville, Fla.; numerous nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Cindy's wishes, there will be no funeral service.
Donations in Cindy's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 190 Welles St., Suite 118, Forty Fort, PA 18704.
Arrangements are by the Charles L. Cease Funeral Home, 634 Reyburn Road, Shickshinny.

Barry, Kim, and family,
I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. to the family od Cindy...I am so sorry for your loss. She was a good friend to all. I can still see her car coming up our driveway to pick up my mother on Fridays to go for lunch and then shopping on Thursday evening to go for groceries. She will be missed by all who knew her.
