Celia M. Domoracki, 89, of Dupont passed away Monday, April 7, 2014, at Mountain Top Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center, Mountain Top.
She was born in Dupont on Feb. 3, 1925, and was the daughter of the late George and Stella Ziobro Bryk.
Celia was a life member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Dupont. She attended Dupont schools.
Most of her life she worked in the garment industry as a seamstress in New Jersey and retired locally in the local garment industry.
Celia was very active with her church. She was a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Altar and Rosary Society (Woman's Society of Sacred Heart), was very active with the Sacred Heart of Jesus annual picnic and was the co-founder of the Doll Stand.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Felix ,who passed away in 1964; and her siblings, Frank Bryk, Helen Bryk, Cassie Kociolek and John Bryk.
She is survived by her daughters, Rosanne Domoracki, Dupont; and Suzanne Musto, Mountain Top; and her grandson, John Musto and his wife, Stacey, Drums.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday from Kiesinger Funeral Services Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Lackawanna Avenue, Dupont, with the Rev. Joseph Verespy officiating.
Friends may call from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
