Helen Marie Gregor, 70, of West Pittston, died Monday, March 3, 2014, at St. Luke's Villa, Wilkes-Barre.
She was born in Pittston, daughter of the late David Carey Sr. and Helen McHale Carey.
Residing most of her life in West Pittston, she was a member of Immaculate Conception Church of Corpus Christi Parish, West Pittston.
Throughout her lifetime, she was employed as a seamstress and office worker by various businesses.
Helen was known for taking pictures and filming her children and grandchildren. She was mostly recognizable with a camera or camcorder in her hand.
Surviving are a daughter, Renee Comeaux, Collegeville; son, Joseph Gregor, Sarasota, Fla.; a granddaughter, Brittany Gregor, Hanover; grandsons; Adam and JT Gregor, both of Sarasota, Fla.; and Tanner Comeaux, Collegeville; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday from Metcalfe-Shaver-Kopcza Funeral Home Inc., 504 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church of Corpus Cristi Parish, 605 Luzerne Ave., West Pittston.
Interment will be in Memorial Shrine Park, Carverton.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
