Louis E. Borino

Louis E. Borino of Exeter passed away Monday, March 3, 2014, in the VA Medical Center, Plains Township. He was the husband of the late Madeline Shandra Borino.

Born April 27, 1929, in Pittston, he was a son of the late Louis Borino and Rose Dominick Borino. He was a graduate of Pittston High School.

Louis was employed by Borino Tire, Pittston.

He was a proud member of the U.S. Army, and a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4909, Dupont.

Surviving are his daughter, Mary Rose and husband, Gary Quick, Exeter; son, Louis Borino Jr., Dunellen, N.J.; grandchild, Joshua Quick; brothers, Emilio Borino and Angelo Borino; and companion, Ruth Shannon.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brothers, James Borino, Paul Borino and Joseph Borino.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Graziano Funeral Home Inc., Pittston Township.

Funeral services with military honors by VFW Post 4909 of Dupont will be held for Louis on Monday. Viewing hours will be held at the funeral home from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Barbra's Parish (St. Cecelia's Church), Exeter, at 11 a.m. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
