Mary A. Zuraw of Grafton, Wis., passed away peacefully Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, at Harbor Club Cove, Port Washington, Wis., at the age of 85 years.
Mary was born in Nanticoke on May 31, 1928, to the late Walter and Mary (nee Fenyo) Bedeski and married the late Joseph T. Zuraw on Sept. 30, 1950, in Naticoke.
Mary loved spending time with her family and being actively involved at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grafton, Wis., where she was a longtime member.
She is survived by her children, Tom (Carolita), Chile; Jeff (Elizabeth), Grafton, Wis.; Joe (Elizabeth), Port Washington, Wis.; Dave (Jill), Delevan, Wis.; and Trish (Dave) Mancl, Glencoe, Ill.; sisters, Irene Bosold, Ohio; and Mildred Warakomski, Pennsylvania; and sisters-in-law, Betty Zuraw, Pennsylvania; and Margaret Petronchak, New Jersey.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Mroch, and brother, Walter Bedeski.
She is further survived by 11 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1619 Washington St., Grafton, Wis. Interment will be held in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Tuesday.
