Pauline Cronick

Pauline Cronick, 69, of Dupont passed away Monday, April 7, 2014, in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

She was born in Dupont on July 13, 1944, and was the daughter of the late Daniel and Helen Sincavage Cronick.

Pauline was a member of Sacred Heart Of Jesus Church, Dupont.

She was a graduate of Ferris High School, New Jersey.

Pauline was currently working for Old Dominion Freight Lines, Pittston, as a dispatcher.

Pauline was a loving, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be deeply missed by all and especially by "Tink" (Madison).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Daniel Jr. and Robert Cronick.

She is survived by her children, Cheryl Koons and her husband, James, Bethlehem; Dawn Lacomis, Wyoming; and John Wisniewski and his wife, Nancy, Dupont; her brother, John Cronick, Belmar, N.J.; and sisters, Phyllis Burke, Whiting, N.J.; Barbara Cronick, Colonia, N.J.; and Mary Ann Serafin, Dupont. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 215 Lackawanna Ave., Dupont, with the Rev. Joseph Verespy officiating. Interment will be held at the parish cemetery. Family and friends may arrive at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of Luzerne County, 524 E. Main St., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
