Phillip T. James Jr., 36, of Noxen passed Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Stull Road, Noxen.
Mr. James was born in Kingston on Feb. 25, 1977, and was the son of Phillip T. James Sr., with whom he resided, and Geri Lee Barrish Page, Kingston.
Phillip graduated from West Side Vocational Technical School in 1995. He was employed as a press operator by Offset Paperback in Dallas for the last 15 years. He loved to hunt, fish and catch rattlesnakes.
Mr. James is survived by a stepmother, Leota Patton, Noxen; sister, Jennifer James, Lubbock, Texas; stepbrothers, George Deiter and Tommy Patton, both of Noxen; stepsisters, Elizabeth Page, Kingston; Robin Weber, Noxen; and Michelle Slempa, Dallas; nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home Inc., Routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with the Rev. Linda S. Bryan of the Noxen United Methodist Church officiating.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. prior to the service Tuesday.
