Alice Zamulinsky, 92, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away peacefully Sunday, July 16, 2017, at Celtic Hospice of Wilkes-Barre surrounded by her family.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Wasil and Sophie Shulyar Seniuk.

Alice was a graduate of Coughlin High School, Class of 1942, and the Wyoming Seminary Dean School of Business.

Prior to retirement, she was employed by the War Department, Washington, D.C., and Newark, and Brockway Motor Trucks, Kingston.

Alice was a life member of Ss. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, Wilkes-Barre, and was active in the Ukrainian Bandurist Choir and the Wyoming Valley Ukrainian Dancers in her youth. Also, she was secretary of the Ukrainian Fraternal Association, Scranton.

Alice had a deep passion of her Catholic faith and lived a simple and humble life which she devoted entirely to her family.

Preceding in death were her parents; her husband, Joseph, in 1996; and brother, Dr. Michael Seniuk.

Surviving are her children, Sandra (David) Milunic, Jackson Twp.; Joseph Zamulinsky, York; and Jo Ann Chwiej, Wilkes-Barre Twp.; grandchildren, Allison (Andrew) Hennessey, Bristol, Conn.; David (Dr. Maggie), Lansdale; Michael (Dr. Stacey) Milunic, Hershey; and Karen (Jose) Pratts, Langhorne; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday from Simon S. Russin Funeral Home, 136 Maffett St., Plains Twp., with Divine Liturgy at 11 a.m. in Ss. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, 635 N. River St., Wilkes-Barre.

Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Plains Twp.
