Ann Warkala Udinskey, 82, a resident of Oak Leaf Manor North, Landisville, died at the home Monday, April 29, 2013.

She was the wife of the late Joseph R. Udinskey Sr., who died January 2012.

Ann was a homemaker and had also been well known as a cat and show dog breeder. She was of the Catholic faith. Her interests included reading and taking care of her animals.

Surviving are a son, Joseph R. Jr., husband of Christine Weis Udinskey, Bear, Del.; a daughter, Sharon, wife of James Welsh, Willow Street; four grandchildren, Joseph III, husband of Carolina Udinskey, Jonathon, Daniel and Casey Jo Welsh; a great-grandchild, Elliana Roze Udinskey; and three brothers, John Warkala, Lehighton; Joe Warkala, Bear Creek; and Stanley Warkala, Elmira, N.Y. Ann was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her family, friends and caregivers at Oak Leaf Manor.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 501 E. Orange St., Lancaster, with the Rev. Daniel Mitzel as celebrant. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Elysburg.
